Fees for this service will depend on the size and complexity of the business. Indicative fees are from £2400.00 per week for the first four weeks, to be reviewed after this point. The time scales of any assignment will be dependant on the complexity of the project and the budget of the client.

What is my commitment?
The minimum terms of engagement are 4 weeks.

The Health Check

• King Communications will offer an initial ‘Health Check’ for your business in the area of Marketing and Business Development. We may ask for some preparation prior to our arrival to ensure that both you and King Communications can be productive and achieve the maximum results.

What will we do?

• We will visit your business for 1 day.
• We will review your current sales and marketing plan, looking at communication, database, client management, web site, marketing collateral and support and task allocation.
• We will meet briefly with each member of the sales and marketing team and relevant heads of department to understand their ideas and thoughts.
• We will review statistics of sales conversions, advertising and e-communications.
• We produce a summary report of recommendations and further actions based on the positives and negatives of your current plan. We will list actions and suggest the allocation of tasks to team members.

How much will it cost?
The fee for this service is £499.00 plus expenses.
What is my commitment?

To provide material ahead of the ‘Health Check’ day to achieve the best result and to have as many of the team available on the day to help King Communications achieve the best outcome for your business.
