King Sturge have a limited offer available where a Profit Improvements Plan (PIP) is available for the reduced cost of £995 +VAT and incidental expenses.

What does a PIP offer?
It is critical for any organisation to review its existing business, in particularly in the current market environment. We can assist clients in maximising their profits by carrying out an audit of their operations and submitting a PIP with suggestions as to how they can improve their profitability.

In principle there are 3 ways to improve profits:
  1. Improve sales
  2. Reduce costs
  3. Alter product/ Improve service offer
For each property we will carry out a visit of the hotel in order to identify:
  • the underlying problem/s
  • symptoms and causes of the problem
The process will include a review of the operation with a specific emphasis on the following:
  • review of ratio driven profit and loss accounts – compare with norm
  • review of staffing levels and payroll
  • review of selling process and revenue management
  • review of quality of marketing information
  • review of customer feedback systems
  • diagnostic report identifying strengths and weaknesses
  • recommendations for improvement
It is important that the General Manager of the property is available on site for interview and provides us with all necessary information (including historic financial data) to enable us to carry out this review within the forecast time.
